What's one unexpected thing you can't live without?
Regular, face to face contact with my team. Despite being an introvert, I have learnt through Covid how much I value and need direct personal contact. We are social beings and real synergy and creativity can only happen when we talk and interact with each other.
What’s one quote/insight/process/action that has helped tenfold your leadership impact?
I think of Abundium as my 'Leadership Gym'. Leadership skills need to be regularly trained and flexed and attending Abundium events provides the forum for that to happen. They help to challenge my thinking, reflect on my actions/impact and give me direction for future focus.
The best piece of advice you ever or never received about being a multinational CEO?
Nothing specific comes to mind - but the following quote has really helped guide me through my corporate career and Leadership Journey. "To handle yourself, use your head. To handle others, use your heart." Eleanor Roosevelt.
