Dani Matthews brings energy, purpose and real talk to every room. Known as “The Maximiser” for how she squeezes the most out of every moment, her superpower is bringing people together to create bold, positive change.
As Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer at Abundium and an Adjunct Associate Professor at UTS Business School, Dani works at the intersection of leadership, performance and impact. She created the Climate Warriors community and is a recognised voice in sustainability and social impact across multinationals, not for profits and government.
Dani believes the cost of thinking small is the same as thinking big, so you may as well go large. She is a facilitator, coach, proud mum of two, and corporate athlete who is happiest when there is a triathlon on the horizon.
